What are the delivery charges for orders from The Hollybox

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements (for example express shipping) extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.

Which payment methods are accepted here?

You can use all major credit/ debit cards for payment. We also accept payments via Paypal. We will soon accept payments via Alipay, WechatPay, Square, ..

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location. You can refer to the standard shipping time here.
You will also receive a notification of the estimated delivery time when you place an order.

How secure is shopping in The Hollybox? Is my data protected?

Our web store is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.
Transactions are made through the most reputable payment gateways in the world (Paypal and Stripe). All your information is always absolutely safe with us.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After the transaction is successful, we will send a confirmation email to you. In the next 3-5 days, we prepare and pack your order.
When the package is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking code.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
